However there are some shortcomings that could be avoided with a little attention: - Most of the leaves come "curved". They are not perfectly straight, but a bit "wavy" ... but I imagine that this is a problem of humidity of the air. - Several packages come with broken leaves in the corners or even on the edges. This is small and a little acceptable, but it does not look very nice ... - Some packages come with broken and open packaging. I think with a more careful review you could find it before sending it ... - It has already happened to me twice that the box arrives wet at its base and patched with adhesive tape. It is clearly understood that the box was in the water and this is very serious because it damages the product. I know that this does not depend on you, but on FedEx, but it is very ugly that the boxes arrive. I think I'm serious. In any case, the customer service is excellent! Thanks for your attention.
